Diversity
A majority of AAC members agreed that we should embrace the “crops house incident” as a teachable moment and educate the entire campus in issues of diversity. Suggestions included:
- Training for Faculty and Staff
- Make Administrations actions and ideas on the subject more transparent to students
- More substantial website devoted to issues of diversity
The AAC will develop a list of actions items and ideas should be emailed to Matt and/or Susan.
