1. Bottlenecked Courses:

• GRC next in sequence after 201
• English 302 and 310

2. Cal Poly Educational Objectives

• The Advising Council reviewed the draft of the University's Education Objectives and agreed with the objectives.

3. PolyProgress

• The new update is sending out incorrect reports. Cindy will send an e-mail to Tom Zuur with copies to Kimi and Bob Detweiler asking that reports not be sent out while they're incorrect and requesting manual graduation evaluations. Wendy and Bonnie estimate at least 600 affected students in CLA.
• Mary will meet with Tylor Middlestadt to explore ways to get students involved in voicing their concerns about the level of service they receive from the Office of Academic Records.

4. Class Schedule

• Mary will invite the class schedulers to the next Advising Council meeting.

5. Academic Advising Council Goals

• Cindy handed out a summary of the projects the Academic Advising Council has planned to do during 2005-06.
