1. Stacy reported on her CMS trip
- Ten schools were represented.
- It was a brainstorming session of what everyone wants in the degree audit program, registration, the roadmap, and myplannerl
- The audit, which is likely to take the form of an executive summary, is the first priority in PeopleSoft; registration is second; roadmap third; and myplanner fourth.
Discussion of Notes from December 16 meeting with OAR
1. To answer the question of how AAC can help OAR, everyone agreed that they already do help by doing evaluations. Bonnie and Wendy offered to help train the new evaluator.
2. Bonnie appreciated getting an OAR update from Tom Zuur and hoped he would continue to send those.
3. Mary suggested in order to be more proactive in the transition to CMS, AAC should give Kimi a list of the SIS screens they use and what purposes they use them for.
4. Discussion of prioritizing bulleted points from memo
- First priority is evaluations for four-year transfer students and out-of-state two-year students.
- Second priority is to update ASSIST.org
- PolyProgress is the third priority. AAC doesn't want incorrect audits sent out. AAC was divided on whether to make fixing PolyProgress the third priority because they didn't know how feasible that is.
- Cindy will find out about PolyProgress patch.
5. Other information people want:
- Which evaluator is assigned to each college.
- When Evaluations will switch to PeopleSoft
6. AAC will not invite Kimi's designate to the next meeting because more discussion is needed on what AAC's priorities are.
