Advising issues that would take me days to resolve, Cynthia is able to address efficiently and effectively within a matter of minutes."
"It should be noted that for numerous years while a part-time lecturer, Cynthia volunteered her time as an advisor, meeting the requirements of a full-time faculty member advising appointment of five hours of scheduled office hours per week, in addition to appointment availability."
"She is always there for her students and seems to always have the answer to any question. She cares about he students’ success and advises them on issues of curriculum progress, professional development, internship and senior project areas, and also personal issues. She is a ‘walking catalog’ for Cal Poly with Cal Poly information and knowledge…I often address her as the ‘advising guru’ - and she has very much earned this title."
