1. Interpersonal Conflict Strategies - Presented by John Harris/Professor, Natural Resources Management

• Handouts distibuted on conflict overview, confict styles, anger managment, How to Deal with Interpersonal Conflicts, Summary of Gerry Spence's book: How to Argue and Win Every Time, 1995 and Important Public Interaction Skills/Abilities

2. Update on Poly Canyon Village - Presented by Carole Shaffer/Associate Director of Housing

• Data/Overview of stats presented on complete complex
• Village Center with swimming pool, exterior recreation activity areas, study rooms, knowledge centers, conference room and other services.
• Restaurants and services include Einstein Bros. Bagels, Jamba Juice, Peet's Coffee and Tea, a Village Market and Canyon Post mail center.
• Poly Canyon Village is comprised of three neighborhoods, with outdoor gathering spaces framed by buildings and landscapring. All student residence buildings contain common lobbies with services and intimate study areas intended to provide an array of learning and social opportunities.
• Total units 615 units
• Grand Opening Phase One, Fall 2008
